The first season of the Call of Duty Community Clash (#C3ZA) for Cold War is here!

The first season will boast a guaranteed prize pool of R10,000 thanks to MSI, AMD, Redragon and Crucial.

Registrations are now open for the series, which will again offer opportunities across both Premier and Challenger divisions. Read on for more information on Season One.

SEASON ONE

A guaranteed cash prize pool of R10,000 will be on the line. There will not be an entry fee, but players will need to be 18 years old or older to compete. This is to comply with the Activision Call of Duty licencing requirements for this tournament.

In Season One, the competition will start with a group phase featuring all registered teams. The top eight teams will head into the Premier Knockout Cup. On the line for the top eight teams is a spot in our Premier Division in Season Two. The top four teams in the knockouts will also secure cash.

In addition, all teams that do not qualify for the Premier Knockout Cup will have an opportunity to compete in the Challenger Knockout Cup where another cash prize pool will be up for grabs.

The season is expected to run over two months.

PRIZE POOL

A guaranteed prize pool of R10,000 cash is up for grabs. R9,000 will be allocated to the Premier Knockout Cup, and R1,000 to the Challenger Cup. The cash prize pool will be split between the top four teams at the end of each season's Premier Cup and top two teams in the Challenger Cup.

Also keep in mind that for every match you play in the series (and elsewhere on the site), you will be awarded Embers. These can be used to enter the giveaways on our site.
