ROSTER CHANGES
- Teams may have 1 roster change per week.
- This includes adding players from other teams in the tournament. Players are allowed to leave their current roster without it counting as that team's Roster Change.
- The changing of an In-Game name counts as a Roster Change.
- Roster changes need to be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled match time.
- If they are made after that, the roster change will only be put into effect after your next match.
- During the break between Groups and Playoffs, teams must keep at least 50% of their core roster.
- For COD, this means that a total of 2 changes can be made.
Anti-Cheat
Any request for anti-cheat must be accompanied by some sort of proof that would lead the admins to believe a moni-cam is required.
- Cams: Teams may request that another team/player use a monitor/hand cam. During a monitor cam recording the player's monitor must be clearly visible throughout the entire recording, with a PC Restart prior to the match starting. During a hand cam recording, players must show their controller and what it is plugged into.
RESCHEDULING
- Teams may not reschedule a match within 24 hours of the scheduled match time. This is to ensure teams have enough time to make the appropriate changes to their schedule.
- Teams may only reschedule once. If the team cannot make the match by the next allocated time, they risk receiving a forfeit.
BROADCAST MATCHES
Note that for all Broadcasted Matches, a series of punctuality timers will be made use of. These are listed as follows:
- Teams have 10 minutes to be in-game/lobby and ready to start by the scheduled start time. This time will be communicated with teams beforehand. Note that in a rolling schedule, these times can be affected by the game before it.
- Should teams not be in-game and ready by this point, they will have an additional 5 minute timer before they are forfeited from Map 1.
- Should teams not be in-game and ready by this point, another additional 5 minute timer will be started before they are forfeited from the series.
- Teams will have an accumulative 10 Minute Tech timer that will span across all maps in a series. Should this timer elapse - the game will be continued as a 3v4, or forfeited.
