Map Selection
- The match host will select the first map from the available Control pool.
- Thereafter, the loser of the previous map will select the subsequent mode & map.
- For applicable maps, side selection will be done by the previous map winner.
- Modes may not be repeated within a series unless all modes have been played at least once.
- The same map may not be repeated within a series.
Map Pool
- The map pool for this tournament can be found in the tournament description.
- The map pool may vary from tournament to tournament. Please see the announcements from the COWZA Discord server for the latest updates.
International Players & Substitutions
- A team may not exceed 2 non-SSA players per map, or field fewer than 3 SSA players per map.
- Substitutions may occur after map selections from eligible players on the team's ACGL roster
- After the substitution phase ends, no further substitutions may occur unless for technical reasons.
- Substitutions may not occur during an active map without approval from a tournament administrator.
Hero Bans
- Each team bans 1 hero per map, with the ban impacting both teams.
- Each ban must be from a different role than the other team's ban.
- Teams can only ban a hero once per series, but may repeat a ban from the opposing team.
- The higher seeded team or team that has lost the last map chooses to ban first or second
- In the event of a technical substitution, the ban phase must restart.
