Lenoire Pichon is a French special forces operator originally based in Paris, France. Lenoire was born into a military family in Bordeaux and moved around often, wherever her family was stationed. Both her mother and father were special forces, and Lenoire grew up wishing to be just like her parents. Her brother William did not follow in the footsteps of his parents and went into the mining industry. Lenoire finished school with honors and was accepted into the French military and – at 22 - became one of the youngest recruits into the French special forces. She became a great marksman and was assigned as her squad’s overwatch sniper.

Lenoire and her family were shocked to find out that William was a part of the original mining crew that discovered Ember in South Africa. After the crew started getting sick William was brought back to France and was placed under the protection of his mother's team. William is traced as being patient zero in Europe, and the leading factor in the spread of the Scourge in France. Days after the outbreak, Lenoire and her mother’s squad went radio silent, and Lenoire’s father was sent to investigate. He discovered that William had attacked and infected the entire squad other than Lenoire, who had no option but to kill her mother and brother, as well as the rest of her squad.

Lenoire was recruited into The Accord early into its creation, and led countless recon missions, including the mission to locate the HMS Holden. She handpicked Alpha squad and planned the operation to enter Cape Town to fire the nukes.
