1. POINTS SYSTEM 1st a. Points will be allocated as per the IRL F1 points schedule. i. 25 Points ii. iii. 2nd 18 Points 3rd iv. 4th v. 5th vi. 6th vii. 7th viii. 8th ix. 9th 15 Points 12 Points 10 Points 8 Points 6 Points 4 Points 2 Points x. 10th 1 Point xi. 11th+ 0 Points An additional point is awarded to the driver with the fastest lap assuming said driver finishes within the points structure above. If the driver is outside of the above, the point will be lost to all drivers. | |
2. SAFETY CAR & DELTA TIMES - a. If the Safety Car is deployed, it is the responsibility of each driver to avoid contact with the car ahead.
- i. All drivers will be expected to drive in a manner to avoid collisions with cars around.
- b. All drivers will be expected to maintain a positive delta under the Safety Car.
- i. The FIA will not reverse Safety Car related penalties given out by the game.
- c. All drivers will be expected to maintain a reasonable distance to the car ahead. Backing the pack up excessively may lead to penalties from the FIA.
- d. All drivers will be expected to avoid any overlap with the car ahead while in the Safety Car queue.
- e. All drivers must hold position during the Safety Car period. This includes lapped cars but excludes the following:
- i. Disconnected drivers
- 1. A penalty given by the game for this may be reversed if evidence can be provided that the driver was disconnected at the time as well as that the penalty was not served in the pits.
- f. Cars which are pitting.
- Cars that have spun or are significantly off track.
- 1. If the game tells you to return the position, do so ASAP
- At no point during the Safety Car may a driver slow down to the extent that the game gives the “Car ahead is allowing the pass” message to the car behind. If evidence of this is provided it will result in a harsh penalty.
- g. While under the Safety Car you will be expected to maintain a delta time of between 0 and 2 seconds. If it’s shown to be more than this a penalty may be applied.
- h. No vehicle swaps are permitted during the Safety Car.

3. INCIDENT REPORTS - a. Drivers with incidents to report must do so before 8am of the following day.
- i. The accuser must provide as many POVs of the incident as possible as well as any telemetry available to back the report up.
- ii. The accused will be allowed 24 hours to provide their POVs and telemetry in response.
- As per 1.6, any driver unable to provide at least one POV will receive a penalty at the stewards’ discretion.
- iv. Once all evidence is submitted, the stewards will judge the incident.
- b. The stewards may, at times and at their discretion, accept a race replay or off board Youtube/Twitch stream as sufficient evidence to make a decision.
- c. Reporting incidents or otherwise bringing them up in general chat will lead to a penalty for contravention of Rule 1.1.1 d. Results of the Stewards’ discussions will be posted via the relevant channels.

4. RACE START TIMES - a. The Lobby will be opened 30 minutes before the race start time.
- b. There will only be 2 invitations sent to each driver at 15 minute intervals.
- i. E.g, If the race starts at 20:15, first invites will be sent at 19:45 and second at 20:00.
- c. Drivers will be expected to ready up at the race start time as decided upon by the FIA.
- d. No driver will be granted special treatment if they are late for the race.
- e. Race restarts will not be considered without significant lobby issues affecting a majority of the drivers in the lobby.
- f. It is not the responsibility of the host to send invites out during qualifying in the event of a driver being late.

5. ON TRACK RULES - a. During qualifying it is imperative that all drivers not on a flying lap avoid driving on the racing line in order to avoid impeding cars on a flying lap.
- b. Drivers should take every precaution possible to race clean and avoid ruining another’s race.
- i. Drivers will be expected to leave adequate racing room in all wheel to wheel situations.
- Drivers will be expected to rejoin the track safely.
- c. First and last lap incidents will be assessed more harshly. All drivers will be expected to race with increased causing in high-pressure situations.
- d. Intentionally colliding with the intent to cause damage will be grounds for disqualification and may attract further sanctions.
- e. Retiring on track, whether through intentional damage or using the menu, will be grounds for sanctions beyond the race results. i. f.
- Retirements in the pits may be considered safe if done early enough upon entering the pit lane.
- Allowing the AI to drive your car will attract penalty points as per the penalty points schedule.
- g. Finishing the race as AI will result in a grid drop to the bottom of the grid.
- h. Reset to track is STRICTLY prohibited. This will be punished with heavy sanctions.
- i. If a car is not significantly alongside a leading car while heading into a corner, they are expected to back out in order to ensure safe racing. It is not up to the leading car to avoid contact in this case.

6. PENALTIES - a. The penalty point structure can be found under Section 12.
- b. The League Administration has the right to impose penalties for any violations of any Rules or Procedures.
- c. Drivers may appeal certain in game penalties via the incident report system assuming sufficient evidence is provided along with a valid reason for the appeal.
- i. Minimum evidence required:
- 1. Replay of the incident in question.
- 2. Full reason for the appeal
- 3. Full replay of race director’s list.
- d. Drivers will accumulate licence points as a result of incidents for which they were at fault (as assigned by the stewards’ judgements.) Drivers will receive penalties upon accumulation of sufficient
